Delivery
Delivery of goods can only be made to mainland UK excluding the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland BFPO addresses, PO Boxes and the Republic of Ireland. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery to these locations shall always be made as part of a nonstandard delivery service. Some postcodes may be subject to a delivery surcharge - please see individual product pages for details.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that somebody authorised by them to receive and check the item(s) on delivery is available.
All items should be carefully inspected before accepting delivery. Beds and mattresses are delivered in clear plastic wrappers which make it easy to identify any marks or damage. If the outer packaging shows signs of damage you should either check the contents before signing, or refuse delivery. Under no circumstances should you accept delivery of damaged or marked items - simply refuse delivery. Once items have been signed for as in good condition, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are detailed in this website and when you place your order. We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales communicated to you and in any event within 30 days of the date of order. However delivery delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the contact email addresses/phone numbers which they have provided - where possible we will contact you prior to delivery. There maybe a charge for missed deliveries.
Risk of loss and damage to your order passes to you on the date when the goods are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
Delivery is to your doorstep only unless otherwise specified.
