Deliveryof goods can only be made to mainland UK excluding the Isle of Wight, ChannelIslands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, Northern IrelandBFPO addresses, PO Boxes and the Republic of Ireland. For the avoidance ofdoubt, delivery to these locations shall always be made as part of a nonstandard delivery service. Some post codes may be subject to a deliverysurcharge - please see individual product pages for details.
Itis the responsibility of the customer to ensure that somebody authorised bythem to receive and check the item(s) on delivery is available.
Allitems should be carefully inspected before accepting delivery. Beds andmattresses are delivered in clear plastic wrappers which make it easy toidentify any marks or damage. If the outer packaging shows signs of damage youshould either check the contents before signing, or refuse delivery. Under nocircumstances should you accept delivery of damaged or marked items - simplyrefuse delivery. Once items have been signed for as in good condition, we areunable to offer replacements or refunds.
Deliverycharges and estimated timescales are detailed in this website and when youplace your order. We make every effort to deliver your order within theestimated timescales communicated to you and in any event within 30 days of thedate of order. However delivery delays are occasionally inevitable due tounforeseen factors. Orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to a cancellationcharge.
Customers areresponsible for monitoring the contact email addresses/phone numbers which theyhave provided - where possible we will contact you prior to delivery. There maybe a charge for missed deliveries.
Riskof loss and damage to your order passes to you on the date when the goods aredelivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
