Answering your questions
This is due to you ordering directly from the manufacturer. We do not have a shop, so our overheads are a lot lower and we can pass the savings on to our customers.
All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be automatically placed on delivery for the next working day. If ordered after 1pm the delivery would fall on to the following working day. We use national courier companies to get our items delivered, so on occasions your deliver may be delayed by a day, but we will be in contact with you throughout to keep you updated.
All our foam mattresses are delivered rolled and vacuum packed, some of our coil spring mattresses are delivered rolled, most would be delivered flat (if you do have a preference please notify us) and all of our pocket sprung mattresses are delivered flat.
If you are unsure on what type of mattress you would like or need, then please contact our helpful customer service team who are able to go through some options and make it easier for you to decide.
We cover all mainland UK postcodes. We do not cover the Shetland Islands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Western Isles, the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man.
We do have deliveries go out on a weekend and you can request a weekend delivery by contacting us. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee it will be available.
Our deliveries usually start between 7am-8am and run until 6pm-7pm, but we cannot promise an evening delivery.
In the unlikely event of you missing your delivery, the item will be sent back to us by the courier company, and a member of our dispatch team will then be in contact with you to re-arrange a convenient delivery date.
I'm afraid we only deliver to the main door of the building, this is due to providing a one-man delivery service.
If you do require delivery into a specific room please contact us and we can get a quote for you from our courier company.
If you would like to pay on delivery please contact our office and one of our helpful advisers would be able to place an order for you.
Yes we can request this for you, but you would need to notify us in advance so we can pass the details on to the courier company.
Alternatively you can leave a note on your front door with any instructions for the delivery driver.
Unfortunately we do not provide an assembly service, but our beds are pretty easy to assemble and self-explanatory.
If a contact number is provided then we would be in contact the day before delivery to give you a rough estimate of when you would receive your goods. You would receive a notification before delivery from the driver.
We advise all our customers to check the items before signing for the delivery. If you notice damage or a missing part contact our office and we will get this resolved for you efficiently by either replacing or sending a new part out to you.
As we are an online seller, we may ask for photographic evidence on some occasions.
Most of our items, such as the divan beds and mattresses, are manufactured in the UK, at our base in the heart of Yorkshire. A small number of our flat-packed beds are imported.
If for any reason you would like to return your order, we have a 14-day cooling off period. You are more than welcome to return the item back to us within that period. If you are unable to organise a return please contact us and we will get a quote for you from our courier company.
I'm afraid we do not have a warehouse or any shops, but you are more than welcome to come to our factory and have a look at our products and manufacturing line.
All of our items have a one-year warranty period.
Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday to get next day delivery as an optional extra. We have our own fleet of delivery drivers and partner with 3rd party companies.
We aim for 100% complete customer satisfaction which is why we use a 6 point quality control check on every bed and matress.
