Answering your questions
This is due to you ordering direct from the manufacturer, we do not have a shop so our overheads are a lot lower passing the saving on to our customers.
All orders placed before 1 would be automatically placed on delivery for the next working day, if ordered after 1 the delivery would fall onto the following working day. we use national courier companies to get out items delivered so on occasions your deliver may be delayed by a day, we would be in contact with you throughout to keep you updated.
Our all foam mattress would be delivered rolled and vacuum packed, some of our coil spring mattresses would be delivered rolled most would be delivered flat (if you do have a prefrence please notify ourselves), all of our pocket sprung mattresses would be delivered flat.
If you are unsure on what type of mattress you would like or need then please contact our helpfull customer service team who would be able to go through some options and make it easier for you to decide.
We cover all main land UK post codes we do not cover Shetland Islands, Nothern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Western Isle's, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man.
We do have deliveries go out on a weekend, you can request a weekend delivery by contacting us, unfortunatly we can not promise this, also our deliveries usually start between 7am - 8am and run until 6pm - 7pm. we can not promise a evening delivery.
In the unlikely event of you missing your delivery, the Item will be sent back to us by the courier comnpany, a member of our disptach team would then be in contact with you to rearrange a convenient delivery date.
Im afraid we only deliver to the main door of the building, this is due to providing a one man delvery service, if you do require this to your room please contact us and we can get a quote for you from our courier company.
If you would like to pay on delivery please contact our office and one of our helpful advisors would be able to place a order for you.
Yes we can request this for you, you would need to notify us in advance so we can pass the request on to the courier company, allternatively you can leave a note on your front door with any instructions for the delivery driver.
Unfortunatly we do not provide a assembly service, our beds are pretty easy to assemble and are quite self explanitery.
If a contact number is provided then we would be in contact with the day before delivery to give you a rough estimate of when you would receive delivery, also you would receive a notification before delvery from the delivery driver.
We advise all our customers to check the items before signing for the delivery, if you notice a damage or a missing part contact our office and we would get this resolved for you efficiently by either replacing or sending a new part out to you.
As we are a online seller we may ask for photograpic Evidence on some occasions.
We ourselves manufacture most of our items such as the divan beds and mattresses in the UK based in the heart of Yorkshire. some of our flatpacked beds are imported in, this is a minority.
If for any reason you would like to return your order, we have a 14 day cooling of period, you are more then welcome to return the item back to ourselves within the period, if you are unable to organise a return please contact us and we will get a quote for you from our courier company.
Im afraid we do not have a warehouse or any shops, you are more then welcome to come to our factory and have a look at our products and also our manufacturing line.
All of our items have a 1 year warranty period.
Order before 1pm to get next day delivery as an optional extra. We have our own fleet of delivery drivers and partner with 3rd party companies.
We aim for 100% complete customer satisfaction which is why we use a 6 point quality control check on every bed and matress.
