This is due to you ordering directly from the manufacturer. We do not have a shop, so our overheads are a lot lower and we can pass the savings on to our customers.

All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be automatically placed on delivery for the next working day. If ordered after 1pm the delivery would fall on to the following working day. We use national courier companies to get our items delivered, so on occasions your deliver may be delayed by a day, but we will be in contact with you throughout to keep you updated.

All our foam mattresses are delivered rolled and vacuum packed, some of our coil spring mattresses are delivered rolled, most would be delivered flat (if you do have a preference please notify us) and all of our pocket sprung mattresses are delivered flat.

Tripoli solid bunk bed frame

The Tripoli is an example of the timeless design of a classic solid wood-constructed bunk bed. This piece of bedroom furniture features simple widely-spaced horizontal slats on the head and foot ends that provides stability to the mattress. It also has a matching three-step ladder connecting the two separate beds, with an additional railing on the sides of the top bunk. The perfect centrepiece for a child's bedroom is available as a frame only, or with a memory foam or orthopaedic mattress included.

A bunk bed built with safety in mind

Our Tripoli bunk beds are solidly built with a pine finish which, unlike metal bunk beds that can appear cold and uninviting, will lend themselves to most home interiors. Unlike many bunk beds, the Tripoli can be separated into two beds when needed, which is a useful feature that can come in especially handy when a guest sleeps over, or when you move to a more generously spaced property. Using the floor space of a single bed, the raised structure makes cleaning easy and under-bed storage possible.

What sizes are the Tripoli bunk beds available in?

This bed is available in the standard UK size for singles (3ft). It can be purchased as frame only, or paired with one of our recommended mattress choices. We encourage the use of high-quality mattresses that provide excellent lumbar support and comfort necessary for a good night’s rest. Our selection of mattresses includes the memory foam 1+5 and orthopaedic 6” foam mattress.

Standard Delivery (Free)

  • Delivered to you within 1-2 working days 
  • We will call you the day before to confirm the exact date for delivery.
  • Deliveries are made on an all day appointment approximately between the hours of 8am - 6pm 


Weekend Delivery (+£30)

  • You can now choose to have your order delivered to you on the weekend.
  • The cut off time for a weekend delivery is 5pm on Wednesdays, any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following weekend.
  • We will call you to confirm whether the delivery will be on a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Deliveries are made on an all day appointment between the hours of 8am - 6pm.

Postcodes Chargeable for Delivery

Please note that delivery to following post codes are chargable.
PA, KA, FK,  PH,  AB, IV, TR, SA, EX ,PL, TQ, TR 

Please note we do NOT deliver to the folowing postcodes.
KW, GY, JE, IM, ZE, HS, BT, ISLE OF WIGHT.


Cancellations and Returns

We put so much care into selecting our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, in fact we are so confident that we are offering a 14 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your goods.
 In the very unlikely event, should you wish to return a item, We can arrange a collection for you via our Furniture delivery team at a cost from £49 which will be deducted from your refund, alternatively you may organise to return the item yourself.
 Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.
 Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of goods.
 If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge of up to £49.

 

Exchange/Replacements

If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
 Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time.
 Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.
 Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.

If you wish to exchange your order an exchange charge of up to £49 will be incurred.
