This is due to you ordering directly from the manufacturer. We do not have a shop, so our overheads are a lot lower and we can pass the savings on to our customers.

All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be automatically placed on delivery for the next working day. If ordered after 1pm the delivery would fall on to the following working day. We use national courier companies to get our items delivered, so on occasions your deliver may be delayed by a day, but we will be in contact with you throughout to keep you updated.

All our foam mattresses are delivered rolled and vacuum packed, some of our coil spring mattresses are delivered rolled, most would be delivered flat (if you do have a preference please notify us) and all of our pocket sprung mattresses are delivered flat.

Ottoman beds are the perfect bed frames to maximise storage space in your bedroom. They're different from a regular divan storage bed, due to an operating mechanism that allows the storage area below to remain hidden away below the sprung slatted base.

Ottoman beds are the ultimate space-saver as they come complete with in-built storage space beneath the mattress. The hydraulic system in our Yasmine crushed velvet ottoman bed allows you to raise the top of the bed effortlessly to access the space beneath.

 The Yasmine silver crushed velvet ottoman bed can be purchased individually as a frame only or paired with a mattress of your choosing. We currently offer this bed in a choice of two sizes - the 4ft 6in small double bed and the 5ft king size.

We recommend the use of high-quality mattresses that are proven to provide the lumbar support and comfort necessary for a good night's sleep. Our range of mattresses suited to this bed frame include memory foam sprung, orthopedic, pocket memory and pocket sprung.

Standard Delivery (Free)

  • Delivered to you within 1-2 working days. 
  • We will call you the day before to confirm the exact date for delivery.
  • Deliveries are made on an all-day appointment approximately between the hours of 8am and 6pm. 


Weekend Delivery (+£30)

  • You can now choose to have your order delivered to you on the weekend.
  • The cut-off time for a weekend delivery is 5pm on Wednesdays, any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following weekend.
  • We will call you to confirm whether the delivery will be on a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Deliveries are made on an all day appointment between the hours of 8am - 6pm.


Please note that delivery to the following postcodes is chargeable.
PA, KA, FK,  PH,  AB, IV, TR, SA, EX ,PL, TQ, TR 

Please note we do NOT deliver to the following postcodes:
KW, GY, JE, IM, ZE, HS, BT, ISLE OF WIGHT


Cancellations and Returns

We put so much care into selecting our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, in fact we are so confident that we are offering a 14 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your goods.
In the very unlikely event, should you wish to return an item, we can arrange a collection for you via our furniture delivery team at a cost from £49, which will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively you may organise to return the item yourself.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled cannot be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of goods.
If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge of up to £49.

 

Exchange/Replacements

If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, and any goods which have been assembled cannot be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.

If you wish to exchange your order, an exchange charge of up to £49 will be incurred.
