This is due to you ordering directly from the manufacturer. We do not have a shop, so our overheads are a lot lower and we can pass the savings on to our customers.

All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday will be automatically placed on delivery for the next working day. If ordered after 1pm the delivery would fall on to the following working day. We use national courier companies to get our items delivered, so on occasions your deliver may be delayed by a day, but we will be in contact with you throughout to keep you updated.

All our foam mattresses are delivered rolled and vacuum packed, some of our coil spring mattresses are delivered rolled, most would be delivered flat (if you do have a preference please notify us) and all of our pocket sprung mattresses are delivered flat.

The luxurious Annabelle Pillow Top Divan complete with 3000 pocket sprung pillow top memory foam mattress provides ultimate comfort for a fantastic night sleep. Each spring moves and reacts to your body independently to ensure top quality support from head to toe. Wool and hypo allergenic fillings sit on top of the springs for even greater added comfort and topped with a sumptuous pillow top to complete the luxury feel. The traditionally hand tufted 12" deep mattress is finished off with a soft touch fabric with side stitching.

The pocket sprung core is very breathable, allowing air to move through more freely than a full foam mattress. The mattress can keep itself naturally clean and fresh and promotes a cooler night’s sleep. Another benefit of the foam and pocket spring combo is promoting correct anatomical alignment. With a pocket sprung memory foam mattress, your spine will keep its natural curve regardless of what position you sleep in and back pain will be eased. It will also provide full head to toe anatomical support and relieve any pressure points across the body. 

3000 Pillow Top Divan Set is completed with a platform top base which provides extra mattress support. The base is available to be completed with a variety of storage facilities and can be finished in a choice of fabrics.

Standard Delivery (Free)

  • Delivered to you within 1-2 working days 
  • We will call you the day before to confirm the exact date for delivery.
  • Deliveries are made on an all day appointment approximately between the hours of 8am - 6pm 


Weekend Delivery (+£30)

  • You can now choose to have your order delivered to you on the weekend.
  • The cut off time for a weekend delivery is 5pm on Wednesdays, any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following weekend.
  • We will call you to confirm whether the delivery will be on a Saturday or Sunday.
  • Deliveries are made on an all day appointment between the hours of 8am - 6pm.

Postcodes Chargeable for Delivery

Please note that delivery to following post codes are chargable.
PA, KA, FK,  PH,  AB, IV, TR, SA, EX ,PL, TQ, TR 

Please note we do NOT deliver to the folowing postcodes.
KW, GY, JE, IM, ZE, HS, BT, ISLE OF WIGHT.


Cancellations and Returns

We put so much care into selecting our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, in fact we are so confident that we are offering a 14 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your goods.
 In the very unlikely event, should you wish to return a item, We can arrange a collection for you via our Furniture delivery team at a cost from £49 which will be deducted from your refund, alternatively you may organise to return the item yourself.
 Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.
 Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of goods.
 If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge of up to £49.

 

Exchange/Replacements

If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
 Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time.
 Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.
 Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.

If you wish to exchange your order an exchange charge of up to £49 will be incurred.
