3000 hand tufted pocket sprung mattress
The Scarlett 3000 memory foam pocket sprung mattress is designed with a comfort layer of high-density pressure-relieving memory foam top onto a 3,000-count pocket sprung base.
With a temperature-sensitive memory foam layer, our tufted mattresses work to ensure optimum body temperature is maintained throughout the night and the memory foam layer sits upon a pocket sprung base and has been crafted with a tight system of coils and packed with a sumptuous hypoallergenic filling.
Our pocket spring hand-tufted mattress is finished with a memory foam top, designed to mould to the shape of your body, creating a soft medium firm sleeping surface that provides pressure relief, with no loss of movement or support.
What is a tufted mattress?
Mattress tufting refers to a method of ensuring that the upholstery layers within a mattress are kept where they are intended to be. Unlike with a traditional mattress, tufting pulls together each upholstery layer through the spring unit and then binds it at each side, usually with a wool pom-pom or a form of synthetic materials.
How is a quilted mattress different to tufted mattress?
The most popular alternative to hand tufted mattresses are quilted mattresses. Here, the surface of the mattress is covered in a smooth level fabric that has no appearance of tufts. Non tufted mattresses are typically more affordable than pocket sprung mattresses and the soft layers that they are comprised of are thought by some to be more comfortable than a tufted top layer.
What are the main advantages of a tufted mattress?
The fact that the layers of a tufted mattress are held together means that the materials inside are less likely to cause the mattress to droop over time. As well as this, many sleepers report that tufting helps spread their bodyweight evenly compared to relying on springs alone.

Standard Delivery (Free)
- Delivered to you within 1-2 working days
- We will call you the day before to confirm the exact date for delivery.
- Deliveries are made on an all day appointment approximately between the hours of 8am - 6pm
Weekend Delivery (+£30)
- You can now choose to have your order delivered to you on the weekend.
- The cut off time for a weekend delivery is 5pm on Wednesdays, any orders placed after this time will be delivered the following weekend.
- We will call you to confirm whether the delivery will be on a Saturday or Sunday.
- Deliveries are made on an all day appointment between the hours of 8am - 6pm.

Cancellations and Returns
We put so much care into selecting our furniture, which makes us very confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, in fact we are so confident that we are offering a 14 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your goods.
In the very unlikely event, should you wish to return a item, We can arrange a collection for you via our Furniture delivery team at a cost from £49 which will be deducted from your refund, alternatively you may organise to return the item yourself.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.
Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of goods.
If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge of up to £49.
Exchange/Replacements
If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time.

Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.
